ModulAir – BETA v1.3.3 [04-Oct-2023] Windows macOS Universal Binary 2 VST2 VST3 Audio Unit CLAP

ModulAir is a modular polyphonic software synthesizer for Microsoft Windows (VST2/VST3/CLAP) and Apple macOS (VST2/VST3/AU/CLAP) written in native C++ code for high performance and low CPU consumption.

ModulAir is a work in progress and as of now with only a bunch of quirky presets and a lousy documentation. I am constantly adding modules and stuff to it. :-)

Version 1.3.3 is currently in BETA stage – I had to do a lot of refactoring before porting ModulAir to the iPlug2 framework.
  • If you want to report an issue with the BETA version, please tell me what OS (Windows, MacOSX, VST2/VST3/AU/CLAP, 32/64 bit) and Host/DAW software you are using!
  • If you have troubles with this version please go for the older "N" version 1.2.4.

The main features of ModulAir are:

  • Fully modular architecture
  • Up to 18 modules per patch
  • 57 module types available
  • Polyphonic Voice and monophonic Master modules
  • Up to 64 voices polyphony
  • External signal processing possible
  • Supports MTS-ESP by ODDSound dynamic micro-tuning
  • TUN/SCL micro-tuning file import
  • Resizable user interface (not "N" version!)
  • MIDI Learn – all parameters can be controlled by MIDI CC
  • Plug-in supports Windows and macOS (32 bit and 64 bit)
